As for the impacts...

That for healthcare it may entail a higher cost compared to test strips, there is no doubt, but if it is to give the best for the treatment of the disease, there is no excuse.

It's like someone who needs a CT scan for a diagnosis and to save money, they get an x-ray and whatever comes out.Who needs an antibiotic and is prescribed Paracetamol.

These studies should be focused on user satisfaction, whether the sensors really respond as they should, etc. so that their impact after publishing the results would have an effect on the different communities and health systems to take measures and actions for the good of the user.

Maybe, if instead of judging how it is written or how you understand or interpret it, we all win.

Because it would be the last straw not to be able to give an opinion, or give your opinion on information, news, article, study, essay, etc., and even more so if someone comes to question whether you have been appropriately courteous to your personal interpretation.

Social security covers several systems, based on clinical and economic criteria.Which they do not make public, so it is not very clear what they are.And I am very afraid that they vary between autonomies and also between areas of the same autonomy.

It is not true, as @Ruthbia tells you, that "it has changed Dexcom."For me (older type 1), they give me Medtronic (the 780G pump with the Guardian 4, now changing to Simplera), but I have seen that many older people (type 2??) and many young people without a pump take Libres.I also know that they give Dexcom and other pumps like Ypsopump.

Direct experience, in case it helps: I don't know anything about Dexcom.The Libres score low many times, unreliable, but they don't fail much.The Guardian 4 are very accurate, but they miss a lot.
