DIFFERENCE OF USE BETWEEN FREE STEYLE SENSOR 2, AND DIABOX

Several months ago, that when he is about to finish(He still has 11h)The period of 14 days of use of the free freeyle sensor 2, the application of Diabox, already ended and I cannot have data in Diabox.
Do you know what I can do, if you can, and what is the reason?

Well, really if it measures 15 days with the free 2+, but the last 12 hours, only show them on the screen, do not register the log screen.
I use the June 2023 version.

The data with Diabox does it well for me, although it takes a few seconds to expose glycèmia.

I attach a current photo of the data collected in Diabox now.I don't know why it can be.
If I have to say that sometimes it is difficult for you to indicate the data, (I do not remember how long it has to indicate them) especially when I do sports since I carry an unambiguous headphones, I do not know why the delay will be.

Well, how bad luck I have, it doesn't work for me, today I just started a new sensor, I always used the Abbot meter, and the mobile, of course the mobile did not act as mgc when using the 2 meters, because today I just scanned it with the mobile, I under the application of Diabox, recognizes the sensor but does not work and on top of the mobile not only if the scan
It happened to me whenever I installed Diabox.
A "solution" is also to uninstall Diagbox, also uninstall the freeLink Freestyle app and install it again.
You recover its Bluetooth connection, but you lose all the App. (In LibreLinkup it still is)
Oh and you have to know the username and password to install it again.
